Created on the 15th of September 2009 by Mr. Didier Gelard, Chauffeur Alp Dispo is an individual enterprise classified as "transportation using a vehicle <petite remise>".
The nature of "petite remise" business and/or enterprises:
Regulated by the law N° 77-6 of January 1977 relative to the exploitation of vehicles forthwith to be referred to as "petite remise", that are defined as follows:
"Cars classified as petite remise are vehicles with a chauffeur, at the disposition of individuals who require transport of themselves and their luggage.
Vehicles classified as "petite remise" are different from taxis.
It is forbidden for chauffeurs of a "petite remise" vehicle to:
-Park or drive in public areas in search of clients-
-To sport distinctive commercial signs of the activity of "petite remise" that are visible externally-
-To be equipped with a portable radio."
Mr. Gelard, resident of Reignier-Esery in Haute Savoie, in the heart of the Alps and close to the Swiss border has received authorisation to conduct and utilize a vehicle classified as "petite remise".
